Lifting weights

Lifting weights is really good for your bones. It causes your muscles to push and pull on your bones which helps to keep them strong. It also helps with your balance, which will reduce your risk of falling.

Don’t have weights at home, improvise by using a can of soup or baked beans from the pantry.

You could also do some push ups or squats.

No equipment necessary and also great for your bones!
