Olympic weightlifting hopeful Kiana Elliott on Exercise and Bone Health

“Since I first started weightlifting at 15, I have had to explore the adaptability of my body”, says Olympic weightlifting hopeful Kiana Elliott, “I have had to overcome several setbacks due to breaks and strains.
