Show Stopping Summer Cheese Platter

It’s not really a party without a cheese platter is it? Don’t fret - we’ve got you covered! This platter has it all - calcium rich cheese and dips as well as fible packed wholegrain crackers, fruits and veg!

This stunning platter will wow your guests, whilst giving them a wonderful boost of bone building nutrients from delicious festive fresh summer foods!

Method

  1. Start by placing cheese off centre on opposite sides of the board

  2. Place dips and bowls of olives/sundried tomatoes around the board leaving equal distance between cheese/dip/bowls.

  3. Place small piles of carrots, cucumber, capsicum, cherry tomatoes and small bunch of grapes around board - try to spread colours evenly around the board

  4. Grab around 10 cracker and ‘fan out’ in gaps around the board

  5. Fill any left over space with mixed nuts, dried fruit, strawberries, blueberrie - continue until there is no room left on the board

  6. Enjoy your delicious bone healthy platter!

What you’ll need

  • 1 Cheddar cheese of choice

  • 1 Brie

  • 1 tub humus

  • 1 tub tzatziki

  • 200g mixed nuts

  • 1 cup prunes/dried fruit

  • 2 carrots cut into strips

  • 1/2 cucumber cut into strips

  • 1/2 capsicum cut into strips

  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes

  • 1 punnett strawberrys

  • 2 punnets blueberries/raspberries or blackberries

  • 1 medium bunch red/green grapes

  • 2 packets wholegrain crackers

  • 100g Olives/Sundried tomatoes
